Traditional rehabilitation of pipes – whether on Mega Yachts, Cruise Liners, Freight Ships, across the entire marine sector, can be extremely time-consuming.

A recent project on a Super Yacht is a perfect example. 1150m of the yachts black water system were successfully cleaned prepared and internally coated. Using controlled air multiple bends were cleaned and lined returning the system to full service in a matter of weeks. 

The project included connections to 72 toilets across nine decks, with all systems being inspected, cleaned and then lined. Rather than the usual 12-month timescale previously required, the entire project was completed in just nine weeks! This saved time, disruption and costs, offering maximum benefit to the client in every way providing years of protection to existing pipe system.
